Space Week 2021

Space Week took place from the 4th to the 8th October and St. Kilian’s JNS were registered on with a week of space related activities.

Some children painted rockets, some became astronauts and designed their space environment and some classes watched the women in space powerpoint. The children loved talking about space and were very engaged.

We received our own personal photo of the moon from Blackrock Observatory in Cork, see the image at the beginning of this post.
